Each patient pays an annual fee which allows Personal Family Care to substantially limit its size and provide highly individualized health care with considerably more time, personal attention, and service than you may ordinarily receive.

How much does Personal Family Care cost?

The annual fee is $1,000-2,000 per person, depending on your age. This fee entitles you to unlimited service for one year, beginning on the day that you sign a written agreement to join Personal Family Care. You can come to the office as many times as necessary or call whenever you have a need. There are no additional fees, co-payments, or other charges, except for certain immunizations.
