What if I have an emergency?

If you have an emergency, you should call 911 immediately! Otherwise, call me at any time if you believe you need medical services. If you need to go to the emergency room, please call me after you call 911 if you are able, and I will make every effort to communicate with the emergency department staff in order to optimize your care.

What if I need to be hospitalized?

If you require hospitalization, I will contact a hospitalist or designated attending physician who will assume responsibility for your care. I intend to communicate regularly with your physician and visit you during your hospital stay to monitor your progress and provide guidance and support to you and your family.
